• Be Kind and Courteous- parenting can be the greatest thing and the hardest thing. This is an inclusive space to feel empowered.
• Make sure everyone feels safe.  Aggressive language or behavior of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated.
• No promotions or discussions about other products and companies outside of Monkibox. 
• Respect Everyone's Privacy and personal information. 
• Please direct any comments or questions about your order or your subscription outside this chat and to our customer success team at hi@monkibox.com

Please Do Not:

• Ask any questions related to your order from MonkiBox. You can always contact us at hi@monkibox.com and our customer success team will directly assist you.
• Share any promotional materials, services or self promotion. 
• Vocalize complaints in the group.

• We share exclusive and exciting Monkibox news to all our families through the chat. 
• We share events to all our families through the chat.
• Or even, you can share your favorite ice cream flavor. :)
