    MonkiBox is curated by our team of in-house experts, which include former educators and child development professionals.

    Additionally, every box is tested with babies and parents to ensure they are age-appropriate, engaging, and universally appealing.

    Where do you ship and how much is shipping?

    We currently ship to the GCC & Levant. We offer free local shipping across Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah. International shipping rates are added to the price of the international subscription.

    How is MonkiBox tailored to the age of my child?

    MonkiBox is tailored to correspond to the child’s age and stage. We request the child’s birthday upon enrollment, and then we ship an appropriate box corresponding to the birthdate you selected.

    What is your cancellation policy?

    We hate to see you go, but you can cancel a box by box subscription anytime after the first box ships by using our online "manage subscription" tool. Auto-renewing prepaid subscriptions are only eligible for cancellation after the initial prepaid term has been completed.
