Refund policy
MonkiBox Return and Exchange Policy
Our boxes are built to be personalized for each child and parent, once your box is shipped from
our warehouse, we only accept returns in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product/box.
- You received a damaged item.

There are items missing from your order.
Please note that you need to inform us of any of the above issues within 7 days of receiving
your order.
The returned products need to be unused, in their original packaging with all accessories and
free of charge items. We will arrange a return shipping label for you and our carrier will collect
the items within 2-3 working days. In case you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect
product, we will dispatch a replacement product straight away and initiate the return process
for the former.
We cannot return products if:
Products that were delivered more than 7 days ago.
Products that are not in their original condition.
Products without original packaging.
Products that have been used or damaged because of use and are not in the condition
that you received them.
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds in above cases as we aim to replace the wrong/faulty item(s).
Also please note that a subscription recurring order cannot be refunded after it has been
processed. If you plan to pause/cancel your subscription, you need to do so before the next
renewal date.
