Monki Box is looking for a bright and charismatic individual to join our team on part-time bases as a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Expert.
What You’ll Do:
Create compelling content and pursue authentic interaction with the social media community in order to grow brand affinity, as measured by engagement and followers on key social channels.
Own content and social strategy of assigned social platforms while maintaining brand voice.
Managing content (captioning, and scheduling), while increasing engagement, social presence, and fan base for the following platforms:
Execute Instagram Stories/live content, videos and creative posts. Instagram is the main focus, but you will also manage Facebook, Pinterest and the blog as needed.
Establish a clear and compelling brand voice and tone in all social media posts, in line with marketing directives and brand strategy.
Research interesting social media stories from other companies (aesthetic, styling, content, theme, etc)
Create wrap-up reports that translate quantitative and qualitative data to support actionable social media engagement
Use timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction, adjusting plans based on ongoing analysis.
Manage social media communications, facilitates online conversations with customers and respond to queries with speed and judgement. Identify trends in consumer comments and funnel insights to marketing team mates and customer support.
Propose new ideas and concepts for social media content and campaigns.
Research and identify key bloggers, celebrities, YouTube stars, and other social influencers
Coordinate and monitor posts with influencers on their social media, assisting in everything from negotiating to content
Brainstorm creative content for influencers
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in related field
Deep knowledge and love for social media content, influencers and bloggers
Superb oral and written communication skills
Confidence handling multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and staying organized
A strong work ethic, ability to take initiative, great attitude, and are a self-starter
You can work independently and with a team
Excellent time management skills, keen attention to detail, and eagerness to work in a fast-paced startup environment
