The Role

As our company expands, the demand for innovative, top-notch, and impactful creative work is on the rise. MonkiBox is seeking a talented Graphic Designer who will serve as a vital communicator of our brand across various platforms while creating intelligent and visually stunning design solutions.

You will be contributing to both physical and digital design projects. Responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, such as designing digital ads, social media content, email templates, color and pattern evaluations, illustrations, type and layout design, packaging, and printed materials.   • Highly creative with a sharp eye for details — You pore over art, graphic design, photography, and social trends for information and inspiration. You produce a high-caliber of deliverables in a timely manner for review and feedback.
  • Strong knowledge of design elements and principles — You demonstrate knowledge in composition, hierarchy, and color theory as well as a clear understanding of typography and layout..
  • Effective communication skills — Present work with the ability to communicate why the creative decisions were made
  • Highly imaginative with an acute attention to detail — You immerse yourself in the world of art, graphic design, photography, and social trends, extracting information and inspiration.
  • Extensive knowledge of design elements and principles — You possess a deep understanding of the foundations of graphic design, enabling you to create visually stunning and impactful work.
  • Keen understanding of physical product dynamics — You recognize the significance of color, materials, and finishes, translating them into the optimal manifestation of a physical product's vision.
  • Proficient in project management — A strong work ethic, responsiveness, and results-driven mindset are essential traits at MonkiBox. You excel in planning projects effectively to contribute to the achievement of company goals.
  • Collaborative spirit — You actively collaborate with stakeholders to develop conceptual designs and photographic directions for all creative endeavors.
