Do I need to be a Play Box subscriber to refer someone?
No, you don’t have to be a subscriber to refer friends and earn credits toward your first Play Box. You just need to create a MonkiBox account, which doesn’t require a purchase.
Will I be notified when I receive credit for my referral?
Yes, you’ll get an email notification when your friend’s first Play Box ships, and the SAR 80 credit will be automatically added to your account.
Who can I refer to MonkiBox?
You can refer any first-time subscriber to MonkiBox within the regions where we ship to. You cannot refer someone from your household or yourself. If we suspect any fraudulent activity or violation of MonkiBox’s Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to disable or revoke referral credits and accounts.
Do referral credits expire?
If you referred a friend: The SAR 80 credit toward your Play Box subscription will expire 1 year after it's applied to your account. If you were referred: Your SAR 80 referral discount will expire 1 year after receiving the credit.
