Where We Ship
International Shipping
MonkiBox ships from our UAE warehouse to the following countries:
UAE, Saudi Arabia (KSA), Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Egypt, Jordan, and Lebanon.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate for the destination country.
Other Destinations
If your country is not listed, please contact us at hi@monkibox.com for availability and a custom shipping quote.
Order Processing & Dispatch Timings

Orders are processed within 2 business day, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees vary based on destination and order weight and are calculated automatically at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees
Orders shipped outside the UAE may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and additional fees imposed by the destination country.
Import Fees Responsibility

The recipient is considered the importer of record and is responsible for all applicable import fees.

These fees are determined by local authorities and are outside MonkiBox’s control.

By placing an order, you authorize MonkiBox’s designated shipping carrier to act as your agent for customs clearance and payment of required import fees on your behalf.

For questions regarding customs charges or documentation, please contact the shipping carrier listed in your shipment confirmation email.
Saudi Arabia (KSA)
For shipments to Saudi Arabia, shipping fees already include Bayan and standard customs clearance charges.
Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for:

Any customs duties or import fees incurred
These amounts will be deducted from any eligible refund. Customer must communicate with us to be eligible for a refund.
Lost or Delayed Shipments

Address Accuracy

MonkiBox is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
