Thank you for choosing MonkiBox to assist with your child’s early development needs. Here are the terms & conditions of our shipping policy. Please read carefully before making a purchase so you know what to expect.


When will I receive my order?

We process and dispatch all orders by the next business day after the order is received. Any orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.  After an order is dispatched, the time it takes to get delivered to you depends on the destination and shipping options selected at checkout. It usually takes 1-2 business days for domestic (United Arab Emirates) and 3-10 business days for international shipments to get delivered once dispatched, depending on the service selected. In the event of a high order volume, your order might be delayed a few days. Please be prepared for this possibility as you make your purchase. In the case of any significant shipping delays, we’ll contact you using the email or phone number you provided during checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Upon checkout, you can select your destination country and see the different shipping options with rates.

How much does it cost to ship?

Domestic: We are happy to offer subsidized domestic shipping across the United Arab Emirates for subscription orders. With standard shipping, products are expected to arrive within 3 days of placing your order, though sometimes we may experience delays.

International: All orders to Saudi Arabia for subscription products are shipped for a discounted price of AED35. We also offer subsidized shipping rates for some GCC countries.

International Duties & Charges

There may be additional charges/duties levied by the destination country for international shipments. For certain destinations, you can choose to pay these at checkout or pay in cash at the time of delivery to the courier. For other countries, these charges need to be paid in cash at the time of delivery.

How do I track my order?

After your order has been processed, you’ll receive a notification email with the carrier tracking number. You can use this information to check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order. It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking info to show up. If for some reason you haven’t received your order in more than 14 days, please contact us at ‘’. We’ll look into it for you!


Failed Deliveries

Please make sure that the shipping address provided is accurate and a has a valid phone number that the courier can reach you on. The carrier will make 3 delivery attempts after which the shipment is returned to their local warehouse and then returned to us after a set retention period which varies based on destination country. We can rearrange delivery upon request while the shipment is under retention.

If a shipment is returned to us undelivered, the order will be refunded after deducting all relevant charges incurred for delivery, taxes, duties etc. In case of prepaid subscriptions, these charges would be payable if a re-delivery is requested.
