MonkiBox Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing MonkiBox to assist with your child’s early development needs. Here are the terms & conditions of our shipping policy. Please read carefully before making a purchase so you know what to expect.


When will I receive my order?

We process and dispatch all orders the next business working day after the order is placed. Any orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.  After an order is dispatched, the time it takes to get delivered to you depends on the destination and shipping options selected at checkout. It usually takes 3-5 business days for domestic (UAE) and 5-7 business days for GCC shipments to get delivered once dispatched. In the event of a high order volume, your order might be delayed a few days. Please be prepared for this possibility as you make your purchase. In the case of any significant shipping delays, we’ll contact you using the email or phone number you provided during checkout.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Upon checkout, you can select your destination country and see the different shipping options with rates.


How much does it cost to ship?


Domestic: We are happy to offer subsidized domestic shipping across the UAE for subscription orders. With standard shipping, products are expected to arrive within seven days of placing your order, though sometimes we experience delays.


International: All orders to KSA for subscription products are shipped for a discounted price of AED25. We also offer subsidized shipping rates for GCC countries.


International Duties & Charges

There may be additional charges/duties levied by the destination country for international shipments. For certain destinations, you can choose to pay these at checkout or pay in cash at the time of delivery to the courier. For other countries, these charges need to be paid in cash at the time of delivery.

How do I track my order?

After your order has been processed, you’ll receive a notification email with the carrier tracking number. You can use this information to check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order. It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking info to show up. If for some reason you haven’t received your order in more than 14 days, please contact us at

‘hi@monkibox.com’. We’ll look into it for you!


What can I do while I wait?

Please make sure that the shipping address provided is accurate and a has a valid phone

number that the carrier or the courier can reach you on. The carrier will make 3 delivery

attempts, after which the item needs to be collected from the carrier’s collection point nearest

to you. The shipment will be returned to us 15 days after the first delivery attempt if it is not

delivered/collected.


What if I change my mind?

If you change your mind about your purchase, please let us know at ‘hi@monkibox.com’ and

we will cancel and refund your order if it hasn’t been dispatched yet. If your order is already in transit, you can return it to us unopened within 7 days of receiving it. We will send you a return label and you will receive a refund after adjusting return shipping

costs.
