Refund & Return Policy

14-Day Return Guarantee (UAE Only)

We want you to love your first MonkiBox! If you're not satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery in the UAE.

This policy applies only to first-time MonkiBox purchases.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Returns are not accepted for gift cards.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and set at 20 AED.

Refunds are processed after inspection to the original payment method.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your box arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos

We will arrange a replacement, replacement part, or refund, depending on availability, return shipping is covered by us 

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the return is due to a MonkiBox error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Refunds for returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll refund the product value to the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refused Deliveries, RTO & Non-Response

If a delivery is refused, returned to origin (RTO), or delayed due to customer non-response:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping, customs, and payment processing fees.

These costs may be deducted from any refundable amount.

Restocking & Payment Processing Fees

Payment gateway fees charged by our payment provider are non-refundable.

Up to 4% of the invoice value will be deducted from refunded amounts to cover restocking and transaction fees.

Refunds vs. Store Credit

When a refund is eligible, MonkiBox may offer store credit as an alternative to a monetary refund.

Store Credit Option

Store credit is issued for the refundable amount, after deducting any applicable payment processing fees.

Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future MonkiBox purchase.

Accepting store credit allows us to waive payment processing fees, providing greater value than a cash refund.

Customer Choice

Customers may choose between a refund (fees apply) or store credit (full value), where applicable.

Once store credit is accepted and issued, it cannot be converted into a cash refund.
